Customer service is our top priority at Autograph Jewelry. Please allow up to two to four weeks for shipping. If you need a piece by a specific date please contact info@autographjewelry.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Domestic shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) is free of charge with UPS Ground shipping. Overnight and 2nd day shipping are available for an additional fee. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes. We ship internationally via FedEx for an additional fee. Autograph Jewelry is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. Autograph Jewelry is not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves our studio. If your order is sent back by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.
